Return Policy

1. OUR RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. You get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• The boxers must be unworn, unwashed and unused in the same condition as delivered, with the original labels still attached.

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us (Support@betalphgo.co.uk) and we will discuss the matter with you further.

3. FAULTY GOODS

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please head over to our Contact Us section.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

    -Your name
  • -Order number
  • -Product name and code
  • -Picture of the fault
  • -Description of the fault

(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).

4. CANCELLING A CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS

You get 14 days to cancel your contract with us

This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation –  email us at Support@betalphgo.co.uk

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

 

5. PROCESSING REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form or at Support@betalphgo.co.uk.

6. HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S)

To return your product(s), you should inform us that you are sending the product(s) back using the contact form on our website.

Then, mail your product(s) with the original dispatch note (or a written note that includes your name, address and order ID) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
